Thanks for your comment. In my work and writings I define acts of racism as promoting any policies, practices or procedures that maintain the status quo of white as superior over other races. To that end, I include BIPOC who fall into that category, although arguably the numbers are low and definitely are not representative of the entire race as a critical mass. There are far more Whites who demonstrate racist acts as a pattern and therefore racists, then BIPOC who demonstrates these patterns.
